Payment is due at the time services
are rendered. A financial ESTIMATE will be discussed with you prior to your
treatment. For your convenience we accept checks, Visa and Mastercard for
payment. We also accept Care Credit as a payment option. Care Credit is a
medical/dental finance company and can be utilized at various facilities. For

If you have insurance, your claim will be submitted once your treatment has been
completed. Most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Any
remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Please
remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office
regardless of your insurance coverage. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
